Control Equipment

Dimmable Lights:In public areas such as auditoriums in the high school, the lighting fixtures that require smart control include:
(1) fixtures with dimming and color tuning capabilities;
(2) fixtures that support 0-10V dimming;
(3) fixtures compatible with TRIAC dimming.

Non-dimmable Lights:Lighting fixtures in public areas such as auditoriums in middle schools need to support on/off control.

Control Requirements

1.Perform on/off control of some non-dimmable lighting circuits;

2.For the light membrane and light strips in public areas such as auditoriums in the high school, DMX signal modules are used in combination with digital constant voltage drivers to enable dimming and color tuning control, as well as dynamic effects such as breathing, chasing, and gradient transitions.

3. Implement 0-10V dimming control for certain lighting circuits;
4.Implement TRIAC dimming control for certain lighting circuits；

5.Each area is equipped with several 6-button smart switch panels for both individual circuit control and scene-based lighting control;

6.Enable zoned lighting control;

7.Enable timed control and scene control;

8.Centralized control via PC and pad.

Control Solution

System products

To meet on-site control requirements,Easyctrl Intelligent Lighting System will be deployed, featuring core components including intelligent lighting gateway, 4 CH 5A Thyristor dimming module, 8 CH 16A smart switch module, Bus coupler, 32 CH DMX signal module,4-inch intelligent touch screen,and Smart 8-key wall switch.

Control Methods

A bus-type intelligent lighting control system enables localized control via smart 8-key wall switch and 4-inch smart touch screen, alongside centralized management through a PC workstation.

Performance Outcome

The smart 8-key wall switchs and 4-inch touch screens are used to achieve on/off control, dimming control,scheduled control, and scene control of lighting circuits across different areas of the Tieyi high school. Meanwhile, centralized lighting management is realized in the central control room via PC-based interface software. The Easyctrl intelligent lighting control system by Easyctrl Intelligent enables efficient centralized management of the Tieyi high school’s lighting system. It reduces labor costs, enhances operational efficiency, and effectively eliminates energy waste.For the auditorium of Tieyi High School, DMX signal module and 4-channel 5A TRIAC dimming module were used to achieve dimming and color tuning control for certain lighting circuits, as well as TRIAC dimming control for other circuits. This setup delivered an effective smart lighting control solution.
